LayoverLink provides a platform for travelers and flight crew members to discover local experiences, connect with other travelers, and plan activities during layovers. The Service includes but is not limited to location discovery, traveler connections, saved favorites, and Premium subscription features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide additional features and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the subscription fee at the rate in effect when charges are incurred
Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled prior to renewal date
No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LayoverLink SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
